Minister: Russia’s Sukhoi Log field auction delayed from Jan–Mar

IRKUTSK, Feb 25 (PRIME) -- The Russian government has postponed an auction for the largest non-developed gold field Sukhoi Log from January–March, Natural Resources and Environment Minister Sergei Donskoi told reporters Thursday.

“No, the deadline has been changed,” Donskoi said.

Sukhoil Log’s resources are estimated at around 130 million ounces. The starting price for the field may amount to around 5 billion rubles.
